A man has appeared in court after being charged with breaking a window of a Tesla in Letterkenny on Friday night.

Adam Frazer was before a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court on Saturday.

Garda Niall Maguire gave evidence of arresting Frazer at 12.44am on Saturday at High Road Letterkenny.

Frazer was charged with damaging the rear window of a Tesla parked at High Road, Letterkenny.

Frazer, an 18-year-old with an address at Branxholme Terrace, Inverness, Scotland, made no reply when cautioned by Gardai.

Sergeant Jim Collins told the court that there were no objections to bail.

Judge Ciaran Liddy granted bail in Frazer's own bond of €100.

Frazer is to appear again before the July 4 sitting of Letterkenny District Court.
