A multi-agency search operation has resumed in south west Donegal this morning.
The major operation is concentrated off the Sliabh Liag cliffs, which have been cordoned off since Monday morning after a man was reported as missing.
In what is believed to a connected matter, Gardai have sealed off a house in the Killybegs area.
Members of the Garda forensics team have conducted a search of the house and uniformed officers remain at the scene.
Gardai are assisting in the search operation with the Irish Coast Guard, the Donegal Mountain Rescue Team and the Rescue 118 helicopter.
A Garda spokesperson has said that as the operation is ongoing no further information is available at this time.
