The action kicks off on Monday, August 21 with an open day at the heritage centre between 10am and 12 noon. This will allow visitors to explore a wealth of information from the Plantation of Ulster to the present day. Their Living History Garden contains exhibits of the architecture, and agricultural industries, of the past. Visitors can also view a Round House, Plantation Cottage, Forge and Flax patch.

There's plenty of variety too on Tuesday, August 24 with music, crafts and vintage street games at the centre's garden while a family history consultation session will take place in the centre itself.
Music will dominate proceedings on Wednesday, August 23 when The Bards of East Donegal come together for a session in the community hall between 7pm and 10pm. There will also be a table quiz on the night at the same venue. Compere Frank Galligan will host this night.
The music theme continues into Thursday, August 24 with five-piece Bluegrass band The Rednecks entertaining in the community hall between 7pm and 10pm.
The week-long event finishes with a talk in the hall by Ulster's leading family historians, Boyd Gray and Brian Mitchell called Researching Ulster Ancestors 1600-1900.
