Aontú to hold meeting on parent's educational rights in Letterkenny

Aontú TD Peadar Tóibín will be the main speaker at a public meeting on Tuesday, August 29 at 8pm in the Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny.

He will be addressing the concerns of parents regarding the new school curriculum for Social Personal and Health Education (SPHE) and Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE).

The Aontú leader said that the party advocates for education based on fact, not ideology.

The party has recently held a number of meetings throughout the country about protecting parents’ educational rights and what they say is ‘extreme elements of gender ideology in the SPHE course.’

Guest speakers will be on hand to discuss issues.
