Jessica McKean will represent Ireland in Nice next month at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest

Ten-year-old Jessica McKean has won the final of the Irish selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

The St Johnston schoolgirl will fly the flag for Ireland on November 26 in Nice, France, having won the Irish final, which was shown on TG4.

Jessica, who is a pupil at Raphoe Central National School, has competed against thousands of hopefuls, in a bid to represent Ireland in in the Junior Eurovision. She is the youngest-ever finalist in the Irish selection.
