Gaelic footballer Paul Brennan and Colleen Granaghan tie the knot

Donegal and Bundoran GAA player Paul Brennan and Colleen Granaghan got married on October Bank Holiday weekend at St Aidan's Church, Kinlough.

Bundoran player Paul, son of Brendan and Rita Brennan, is a two-time Ulster SFC winner with Donegal and works as a director of Construction and Engineering with Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, while Bundoran native Colleen is a palliative nurse at Sligo Hospice and they have two sons Tadhg (7) and Dallan (3).

Colleen is a daughter of Joan and Seamie Granaghan, was a legendary GAA half-forward who was a member of Donegal's first Ulster SFC successes of 1972 and 1974.

The reception was held in the Great Northern Hotel in Bundoran before the happy couples enjoyed a couple of days break at the Glasson Lakehouse, Hotel & Spa Resort, just outside of Athlone.
