Appeal after three new quads stolen from Ballintra dealership

An appeal has been launched following the overnight theft of three quads from a Ballintra motorcycle dealership.

In the early hours of Monday, three brand new Suzuki King quads were stolen from Carron Quads.

Two red 500 non-power steering quads were taken, one of which had oversize Kenda Bear claw tyres on the back, as well as a green 750 with a black bullbar on the front.

Carson Quads believe the thefts occurred between 1-7am.

“There was a white transit van with a cattle trailer on behind it seen acting suspiciously between 5 and 6 o’clock this morning,” the company said in a social media plea.

“If anyone seen anything or are in the area and have cctv please call Michael on 0876811753 or Kathryn on 0873299721.”
