Irish rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll and his wife, actor and writer Amy Huberman, were among the diners at Chandpur Indian Restaurant in Donegal Town.
O'Driscoll played at outside centre for the Irish provincial team Leinster and Ireland. He captained Ireland from 2003 until 2012, and captained the British & Irish Lions for their 2005 tour of New Zealand.
O'Driscoll played 133 for Ireland, 83 as captain, and scored 46 tries for Ireland, making him the highest try scorer of all time in Irish Rugby and was chosen as Player of the Tournament in the 2006, 2007 and 2009 Six Nations Championships. He was inducted into the World Rugby Hall of Fame in 2016.
From 2003 to 2009, Huberman portrayed the role of Daisy on RTÉ's drama series The Clinic. Her film appearances include Satellites & Meteorites, and A Film with Me in It, both released in 2008. In 2018, she began writing and starring in the comedy series Finding Roy.
