The company has sought planning permission for the eight houses.
A developer is seeking to add eight new houses to a Ballybofey housing estate.
Longmarsh Developments Ltd have submitted a planning application in respect of The Beeches estate at Navenny, Ballybofey.
They have applied for planning permission from Donegal County Council to construct eight new dwellings.
The application provides for connection to the existing services, foul, storm sewers and all associated site works.
A decision from the local authority is due by March 25.
