Plans lodged for Mountcharles apartment block

A developer has applied for planning permission for six two-bed apartments over three floors in a planned new development in Mountcharles

A company has sought permission for the development

There are plans to develop a new three-storey apartment block in Mountcharles.

Planning permission has been sought for the development at Lower Main Street, Mountcharles.

The proposed development, by C&C Property Investment Ltd, seeks permission of a derelict town hall, located just off the Main Street.

The developer proposes to construct an apartment block that would consist of six two-bed apartments over three floors.

Connection to the existing public services and all associated works are provided for in the application.

Donegal County Council say that a decision on the application is due by June 2, 2024.
