A golfer has achieved the rare feat of two holes in one on the same round.
The achievement was made at Rosapenna Golf Resort by Toby Rich. Mr Rich was part of the Forde Group in London visited Downings and hit the lucky shots on the Sandy Hill Links. The golfer aced the third and seventh holes using the same nine iron on each occasion.
Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort opened in 1893. The luxury four-star hotel is set between two sandy beaches, within 800 acres of rugged linksland along the Donegal coastline.
