The company is seeking to build 40 new homes in Letterkenny.

Plans have been submitted for 40 new houses in Letterkenny.

PJD Construction London Limited have sought planning permission for the proposed development at Killylastin.

The company is seeking to build the housing development that would contain 40 residential units.

The development would include six blocks of two-bedroom terraced houses and one block of three-bedroom terraced houses.

The proposed development would also include two blocks of terraced houses, each incorporating four three-bedroom houses and two one-bedroom duplex units.

The plans provides for the development of an internal access roadway, pedestrian footpaths, open space and boundary treatments as well as connection to services and all associated site development works.

Donegal County Council are due to decide on the application by June 20, 2024.
