The theft took place at the Chapel of Ease in Fahan
Gardaí are investigating a cash theft from the Chapel of Ease in Fahan.
The incident occurred on Monday, April 29 between 9:15am and 8pm. Between those times two candle donation boxes were damaged and cash was stolen from them.
“We appeal to anybody who may have observed any suspicious activity in the area of the Chapel that day to make contact with gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540,” Garda Claire Rafferty said. “If anybody can assist with relevant information we ask them to please get in contact with us. The Garda Confidential line may be reached on 1800 666 111.”
