Local Elections: Adjudication of doubtful votes is complete in Donegal Town

Adjudication of doubtful votes taking place in Donegal Town

The absence of a frank (polling station stamp) accounted for around two dozen of the doubtful votes. 

All doubtful votes were scrutinised by a candidate or their representative. Those without a frank were deemed invalid.

TThe doubtful ballot sheets which were deemed valid will be added will be added to the candidates' totals, with a first count result expected shortly.
