A burglary has occurred at The Old Rectory situated in Carrigart.
The building window was smashed and entry was gained through another boarded-up window. Grafitti was sprayed inside the vacant building but nothing was stolen. The incident can only be pinpointed to a week-long period from Wednesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 12.
“We appeal to anybody who may have observed suspicious activity around the Rectory between the above dates to make contact with Gardaí in Milford on 074-9153060,” a Garda spokesperson said “The Garda Confidential line may be reached with information on 1800 666 111.”
