A handbag was stolen from a parked car at Murvagh.
The car was parked at Murvagh Lower, Ballintra while the owner went for a walk.
The owner returned to discover that the passenger side window had been smashed and a black River Island handbag containing a small amount of cash had been stolen from the car. The incident occurred between 2-3pm on Monday, July 22.
“We appeal to anybody who may have been in the area with a dash cam to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530,” Garda Niall Maguire said. “If anybody has relevant information to offer we also ask them to get in touch with Gardaí in Ballyshannon or to contact the Garda Confidential line on 1800 666 111.”
