Deirdre Gorrell and John McGread celebrating 40 years of marriage
A couple who got married at the Central Hotel has returned 40 years later to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
Donegal Town’s Deirdre Gorrell and John McGread of Omagh held their wedding reception in the Central Hotel in Donegal Town on July 28, 1984. Deirdre previously worked at the hotel for 8 years under Mrs Hyland and has great memories of her time there. The couple celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary at the venue on Sunday night.
“We're honoured that you chose to celebrate this incredible milestone with us, just as you did on the 28th of July 1984,” The Central Hotel shared. “Your love story is an inspiration, and we're delighted to be a part of your journey once again. Here's to many more years of happiness and cherished memories.”
