Ballintra man pleads not guilty to handling stolen hotel voucher

The 38-year-old man appeared before Letterkenny District Court this week where he tendered a plea of not guilty

A Ballintra man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of handling stolen property.

Martin O'Hara appeared at Letterkenny District Court this week.

The 38 year old of Main Street, Ballintra, is charged that he handled a voucher for the Station House Hotel valued at €60, the property of Louise Laird.

The alleged incident took place at Callancor, Drumkeen on January 24th this year.

The accused man's solicitor, Mr Rory O'Brien, said his client was pleading not guilty.

The case was adjourned to be heard on March 5th, 2025.
