Cloghan man in court on three dangerous driving charges

The 21-year-old man appeared before Letterkenny District Court this week

A young Cloghan man has appeared in court charged with three counts of dangerous driving on the same night.

Josh Bradley, 21, appeared at Letterkenny District Court following the incidents on May 19, 2024 this year.

He is charged with dangerous driving at three locations including Meeting House Street, Stranorlar, at Railway Road in Stranorlar and at Ard McCool, Stranorlar on the same date.

Garda Pauline Doherty gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution of Bradley of Ballykerrigan, Cloghan.

His solicitor, Mr Patsy Gallagher, asked for the case to be adjourned until January 20th next "for attitude."
