The Harbour Carpark in Donegal Town is at risk of flooding during high tide during the Storm Darragh Red wind warning.
High tides will occur at 9:30pm on Friday, December 6, and 9:45pm on Saturday, December 7. “Advise using alternative parking locations,” Donegal County Council have warned.
