Gardaí attended the scene of the collision
A pedestrian was hospitalised following a road traffic collision at Newtowncunningham on Thursday evening.
The collision, involving a car and a pedestrian, occurred on the N13, the main Letterkenny-Derry road, shortly before 10pm on St Stephen’s Day.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with what are understood to be non-life threatening injuries.

“Investigations are ongoing,” a Garda spokesperson told Donegal Live.
