Along with the motorhome parking bays, Ms McDaid is seeking to build a communal building consisting of a reception area. It is planned that toilet facilities will also be built in the communal building, with a connection to a proposed septic tank and percolation area.
The planning application includes retention permission being sought for all ancillary facilities work that were completed before the application was submitted. Any observations on the proposed new caravan site may be submitted up until March 30. Donegal County Council says that a decision is due by Easter Sunday, April 20.
