A stretch of the N56 between Termon and Creeslough is closed following a road traffic collision.
Gardai have described the collision, which occurred in the area of Derryfad, as “serious”.
Local diversions have been put in place.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Please avoid the area if possible and allow extra time for your journey.”
