The Crossroads and Killygordon Men's Shed will officially open this evening at the CAKE Centre.

A ‘men’s shed’ has been described as a community-based project, where adult males can come together to learn, share skills and make long-lasting friendships. Everyone is welcome to come along for a chat, a cuppa and to discuss the way forward for this much-needed service.

As the CAKE Centre will just be its temporary home, the organisers are open to suggestions for a more permanent location. They are also looking for an old shipping container, or similar, to use as their base.

Everyone is welcome to come along  at 7pm and to become part of the latest addition to the men’s shed movement in Donegal.
