Former B&B Ireland Headquarters in Ballyshannon

The former National B&B Ireland Headquarters in Ballyshannon has been put up for commercial sale for over half a million euros. 

Situated off the Beleek Road in Ballyshannon, the building has 12 office units, five toilet blocks, and two kitchens, and is available on commercial listing for €550,000.  

B&B Ireland, which represents hundreds of B&B listings throughout Ireland, has since based itself at a headquarters in Limerick.

The Beleek Road building was constructed in 1997, and boasts nearly 4,000 sq ft of accommodation over two floor levels, on land that extends over two acres. 

Selling agent, DNG Dorrian, says the property could be “an exceptional opportunity for Northern Ireland businesses seeking to relocate across the border, particularly those facing challenges arising from their exclusion from the EU marketplace.”

It was further mentioned that the property had the potential to be converted into a luxury property or a guesthouse.
