New residential accommodation planned for Ballintra’s Main Street

Plans for new residential accommodation in Ballintra have been submitted to Donegal County Council in order to gain planning permission.

The proposals are for the demolition of an existing dwelling house, for the construction of two three-bedroom houses, with connection to all main services and all ancillary/associated site development works.

Main Street, within Ballintra, is the proposed site for the project, near Ballintra’s Garda Station.  

Ronan McMenamin is the listed applicant for the planning application.
