The initiative, delivered by Donegal Sports Partnership in association with Sport Ireland and the HSE, is a free 12-week physical activity programme designed to support men who are not currently active but want to get started. Sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Creeslough Community Hub, with participants guided by a dedicated co-ordinator.
A registration and free health check night will be held on Monday, September 29, from 7–8pm at the hub.
The programme is aimed at men of all ages and fitness levels who may be struggling with energy, motivation, or simply unsure of how to begin exercising. It promises a supportive, group-based environment where participants can work towards becoming fitter, healthier, and more confident.
