Gardai are investigating the circumstances of a multi-vehicle collision on a busy main road in Inishowen.
The crash, which involved three vehicles, occurred about one mile south of Quigley's Point village, shortly before 2pm on Saturday, September 27.
Emergency services, including gardai and ambulance personnel, attended the scene in the townland of Three Trees, along the banks of Lough Foyle.
