Emergency services are at a collision involving a lorry on the N15 near Stranorlar.
Gardaí say the collision occurred close to St Joseph's Community Hospital. It is understood the lorry left the road.
A stop-go system is expected to remain in place until 7pm.
The road will then be closed for a number of hours from 7pm to facilitate the removal of the lorry.
