Calendars will be on sale on the night and then available from Tuesday, October 14 at various locations in the locality
A ‘My Donegal’ calendar will be launched in memory of the late Maria Gallagher.
Maria was a photographer, originally from Dunmore, Galway, but settled in Kincasslagh. She launched a calendar annually displaying her photography.
Maria’s first anniversary mass will take place on Saturday, October 11, in St Mary’s Church, Kincasslagh at 6:30 pm. Then, the launch of the 2026 calendar will take place at Burtonport community centre at 7:30 pm that same evening. Refreshments will be served after the launch.
Calendars will be on sale on the night and then available from Tuesday, October 14, at The Cope Dungloe, AIB, Patrick Johnny Sally’s, CJs Gifts and Cards, Maple Burtonport, The Cope in Kincasslagh and O’Donnell’s in Crolly.
Proceeds for this memorial calendar will go to “Gemma’s Legacy of Hope” fund.
