‘Well-established and successful’ Bundoran pub listed for sale

Popular Bundoran pub, The Emerald Bar, has been listed for sale via an online public auction.

The premises, based on Main Street in Bundoran, have been listed by Enniskillen-based McGovern Estate Agents on daft.ie with a price of €500,000.  

Situated in Bundoran’s famous ‘Gold Mile’, the pub was rebuilt and reopened in 2001, and will be sold via the iamsold.ie platform. 

Included in the sale is the upstairs space, which has been pre-approved to be converted into a three-bedroom apartment.

McGovern Estate Agents said the “well-established and successful pub”  was an opportunity to invest in “a piece of Bundoran’s bustling scene.”
