A recent chemical free cleaning products workshop held in Ballybofey has been hailed as a “great success” by organisers.
The event was held at The Well Lane in Goland, Ballybofey and was hosted by Sue Glackin and Louise Adair.
Attendees heard how to make a number of household cleaning products with healthier, more gentle and budget friendly ingredients from Louise of Essentially Lou, a dottera essential oil expert.
“We were delighted with the turnout for our recent chemical free cleaning products workshop,” Sue from The Well Lane told Donegal Live.
“It is truly heart warming to see people making conscious decisions about their health and the health of their families.
“It might seem small but the act of replacing toxic cleaning products with your own simple vinegar and baking soda concoctions will have huge benefits on your families health.
“People don’t realise how taxing these chemicals are on a persons natural detox pathways. While we do of course have organs that detox the body, the burden today, is unprecedented.”
Louise will be back at The Well Lane with a Winter Wellness Workshop on Saturday, November 15. This time she will be demonstrating oil blends to help support your sleep, immune, respiratory and general health. Each person will leave with their own oil blend catered to their needs.
Organic tea, coffee and treat also included for the post event chats. Book direct with The Well Lane or book via eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/winter-wellness-essential-oil-supports-tickets-1915215112959 Tickets cost €25.00.
