Dungloe is getting ready to kick off the festive season.

The lights will be switched on by  All-Ireland winners Alesha Mullis and Katelyn O’Donnell, with The Mary from Dungloe, Ellie Ward and Little Miss Mary joining the celebrations on Sunday, December 7.

The whole day is full of festivities from 12pm until 4pm there will be a Christmas Craft Fair in The Ionad where you can browse beautiful local crafts, gifts and festive treats. At 5 pm, there will be live music from Darren Boot and DJ Tubbsy, and the lights will be switched on at 6 pm. After the switch on, there will be a free kids' disco in the Brodge Inn

“Get ready for a magical day in Dungloe as we kick off the festive season in style,” Forbairt Na Rossan said. “Let’s make this a day to remember – come out, celebrate, and feel the Christmas spirit light up Dungloe.”
