Funds have been raised for Palestine through a Chopper Cycle from Muff to Malin Head.

Organised by Jay Doherty - who undertook the same feat in 2019 to fundraise for Foyle Search and Rescue - this time all proceeds will go to Gaza go Bragh CLG.

Doherty, accompanied by friends, arrived earlier today - travelling through Muff, Quigley’s Point, Carndonagh, Malin Bridge, Knockameny Bends to arrive at Banba’s Crown, Malin Head.

“It’s a tiny effort but I know it will act to inspire others to get ou there and do a wee bit for the people,” Jay said. “The world is in turmoil right now, we are helpless against the tyrants in power, but over sitting, fretting and playing scenarios in my mind I can hit the road, get active, raise cash, get it into the right hands, and in due course inspire my children to do the same when their time comes.”

The Muff to Malin Head: Chopper Cycle for Gaza link to donate is still open.

“Be on the right side of history. Free Palestine.”
