Donegal Town house was illegally entered and ransacked
A Donegal Town house was illegally entered and ransacked in a burglary that left two doors of the house smashed.
Gardaí are investigating the incident which occurred at a house at Upper Main Street, between November 3 at 8pm, and November 4, at 8pm.
Both the back door of the house and an internal door were smashed in the incident.
Although the house was entered and ransacked, nothing was stolen from within.

Gardaí have appealed to the public for assistance regarding the matter. A statement read: “We appeal to anyone who may have observed any type of suspicious activity in that area between those times to make contact with Gardai in Ballyshannon on 071 9858530.
If anyone can assist with relevant information, they also have the option of contacting the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.”
