The happy couple shared their good news on Instagram
Donegal senior footballer Eoghan Bán Gallagher and his girlfriend, Aoife Kelly, have announced their engagement.
The couple made the announcement on social media, with the caption “Still on cloud nine”. They got engaged in Sorrento, Italy, last month.
Eoghan Bán is from Carricknamohil, Killybegs. Aoife is also a Killybegs native.
The Na Cealla Beaga clubman is a four-time Ulster SFC winner, lifting the Anglo-Celt Cup in 2018, 2019, 2024 and 2025.

The defender also enjoyed underage success with Donegal, winning the 2014 Ulster Minor Championship and reaching the All-Ireland final, before adding a provincial U-21 medal three years later as joint captain with Tony McClenaghan.
