Cullen’s Hardware Seeks Permission to Expand Premises

A Buncrana hardware store in Cockhill is seeking permission for an extension to its premises. 

Cormac Cullen of Cullen’s Hardware in Cockhill is seeking a two-storey extension 

to the existing hardware store. If granted permission, the new building will provide additional ground-floor retail space and storage on the first floor. 

As well as the hardware store, the building currently contains a newsagent's and a filling station on the property.

A decision on expanding the popular store adjacent to St Mary's Church in Cockhill is expected to be made by the planning authority at the start of next year.
