Creeslough patients’ appointments moved to Dunfanaghy until new year

Patients are now beimg asked to attend Dunfanaghy Primary Care Centre until early 2026

Patients who attend Creeslough Health Centre will have appointments at Dunfanaghy Primary Care Centre until the new year. 

This is due to essential maintenance taking place at the Creeslugh practice from Friday. December 12 until Friday, January 2, 2026. 

We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience at this time,” Dunfanaghy & Creeslough GP Practice said. 

Dunfanaghy Primary Care Centre will offer Winter Respiratory Illness Clinics to support patients experiencing acute respiratory issues, cold, or flu symptoms during the busy winter season. Weekly clinics are commencing this week in the practice by appointment only.
