Volunteers at Arranmore RNLI, Arranmore Fire Service and Arranmore ambulance service and first responders enjoyed a festive night out 

"A great night was had by all," they posted. "We would like to thank all the staff at Early’s Bar for the delicious grub and the good cheer! The RNLI is a 24/7 365 service and that didn’t change last night, nor will it over the festive period.

"If you get into trouble on or near the water over the holidays, our crew are ready to answer the call. In case of an emergency, call 999/112 and ask for the coast guard. As we draw a busy 2025 to a close, we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a very Happy and healthy New Year. Stay safe. Beannachtaí na Nollaig oraibh uilig."
