Killybegs restaurant politely asks customers not to no-show bookings

Anderson's Boathouse Restaurant, Killybegs

A Killybegs restaurant has politely asked customers who make pre-arranged bookings not to no-show.

Anderson’s Boathouse Restaurant, which overlooks Killybegs Harbour and Marina, is a restaurant which offers fresh seafood as well as steaks and poultry.

An online social media post read: “Just a little reminder here about bookings. We have to ask that if you’re not able to make your booking, especially over a busy period like right now, please give us advance notice.

“Last night we had two tables not show, and one table who forgot they had a booking.

“We’re just too small a restaurant and actually have a wait list all week for those tables. We understand things happen, but just a call or message on here would be appreciated.

“On a more positive note, lovely to see so many out and about in Killybegs. Fab to see bars and hotels so busy.”
