Mountcharles Community have appealed for a missing 500m buoy.

The 50m, 100m, 250m and 500m buoys are used regularly by people who swim at Mountcharles Pier. Last Tuesday, the 500m buoy went missing along with the associated weights and chain.

Mountcharles Community said: “The swimmers would be very grateful if it were returned as these buoys are used as a safety aid. Maybe someone saw it and thought it was washed in.”
