The course involves understanding what suits your specific lifestyle, simple guidelines to balance proportions and highlight your best features, learning which colours enhance your complexion and how to wear them confidently, and identifying key staples every woman should own. Then some repeatable outfit "blueprints" to make getting dressed easier and how to avoid impulse buys and stay focused on what you need and practical tips to feel polished, comfortable, and authentic in your clothes.
