Planning application for Glenvar development

Planning permission has been sought from Donegal County Council for the construction of 10 modular holiday units in the Fanad Peninsula.

The applicant, Michael O’Driscoll, has submitted the application for the modular holiday units, which also involves the deconstruction and removal of an existing commercial building.

Planned to be located at a site in Tirlaydon, Glenvar, the proposed modular holiday units will neighbour St Mary’s Church in Glenvar.

Donegal County Council has set a decision due date for the submitted application for April 19.
