Milford GAA (CLG Baile na nGallóglach) has officially launched its 100km charity cycle to enhance sporting infrastructure.
The cycle, which takes in Milford, Rathmullan and Ramelton, will take place on Saturday, May 9. The event is open to cyclists of all abilities, from beginners looking for a personal challenge to experienced riders and relay teams.
Participants will enjoy a well-supported route with organised refreshment stops along the way. Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers, and the event will conclude with a social gathering featuring food and music at the Mulroy Woods Hotel.

Aodh McCormack, Milford GAA, said: "This event is a chance for the whole community to come together while supporting the development of facilities that will benefit local sport for generations.
“The new pitch development will benefit players, families and young people across the area and we’re encouraging everyone, whether you’re an experienced cyclist or simply looking for a challenge, to get involved and help make this a fantastic community event."
Milford GAA is particularly encouraging local companies, organisations and community groups from Letterkenny and across Donegal to enter teams and support the initiative as part of their community engagement efforts.
