Donegal County Council has received a planning permission application for the construction of 14 houses in Glenties.
The listed applicant, Paddy McHugh (Building Contractor) Ltd, has applied for the construction of 14 dwellings and all associated site works, including an entrance onto a public road, and connection to public services, off Mill Road (N56), Glenties.
Regarding the proposed properties, plans have been proposed for 10 two-bed terraced houses, two three-bed semi-detached houses, and two four-bed semi-detached houses.
Provision of carparking, an open space amenity area, retaining walls and landscaping have also been detailed.
A statement prepared by MH Associates Architects and Surveyors, on behalf of the applicant, said: “This development will not only provide much-needed, high-quality homes but will also act as a catalyst for the continued regeneration of Glenties.
