Rosapenna
A Donegal hotel is seeking planning approval for the construction of 13 caravans and ten spaces for camper vans at an existing caravan park.
The applicant, Rosapenna Hotel (1962) Limited, is lodging a planning application for the works which will also include the construction of a reception and facilities building at Rosapenna, Downings.
The caravan park is situated close to some of Ireland’s top golf links, and the planned new facilities will help to meet the growing demand for camper vans and caravan accommodation.
The long established Rosapenna Hotel is a magnet for golfers who have the choice of using
the Old Tom Morris Links, the Sandy Hills Links, or new St Patrick's Links.
