Bundoran shop collects vital items to be sent to Ukraine

A collection has been organised for essential items to be delivered to Ukraine through a Polish shop on Main Street Bundoran.

Blankets, sheets, towels and sleeping bags are needed. Warm socks for men and women and children is also needed. Cleaning products such as soap, toothpaste, toilet cleaner and disinfectant for hands and surfaces are also being sought. 

Nappies for babies and children, sanitary napkins for women, toilet roll, paper towels and wet wipes for children are on the list.  

Painkillers, bandages and dressing for wounds are all needed.

Disposable tableware, knives, forks, spoons, cups and plates are also needed. Those organising the collection have asked for canned foods and food for immediate consumption, such as, crisp, bread, rusks, rice wafers, nuts and dried food to be left for collection.

Water and drinks in bottles or cartons are also being sought.
