Getting ready for the arrival of Ukrainian students in the coming weeks

Magh Ene College in Bundoran is currently getting ready to welcome new Ukrainian students to the school in the coming weeks.

Leaving Certificate students have painted 'Welcome' in Ukrainian at the entrance to the school in preparation for the students who will be joining our school community over the coming weeks.

The college is currently working with their educational partners St. Macaratan's N.S. to assess the needs of the Ukrainian students who have arrived in Bundoran and how best to meet these needs.

The school management say they are looking forward to helping the students to adjust and settle into their new home.

Upwards of 150 Ukrainian refugees have arrived in the town over the past two weeks.
