Hundreds of premises in Letterkenny will be affected by a planned disruption of water supplies next week.
As part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme, mains repair works are being undertaken in the Ballaghderg, Thornberry, Errigal View, and Mount Pleasant areas of the town near the Mountain Top.
The works are scheduled to take place from 9.00 am on Monday, May 23 until 3.00 pm on Wednesday, May 25.
A spokesperson for Irish Water said that this may cause supply disruptions, and added: “We recommend that you allow two to three hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.”
