A farmer is appealing for information about sheep which have gone missing from the hillside at Clogher, Barnesmore.

Gardaí have confirmed that they are investigating the disappearance of the sheep, with a spokesperson saying: "Gardaí are aware of an incident involving missing livestock from the Barnesmore area of County Donegal.

"Enquiries are ongoing at this time."

The 34 horned ewes are marked with blue on the shoulder and a light bit of red behind the head. Anyone with information can contact their local garda station.
